Design Review

Our process begins with a preliminary review of your plans before you break ground. Our energy modeling will provide you with all of the appropriate recommendations to achieve your desired green certification.

Verification

During the construction process we come in right after MEP’s but before drywall to evaluate proper implementation of green building requirements, and then complete a final inspection which includes diagnostic testing before turning the building over to the new owners.

Education

Throughout the process we take the time to educate you and your crew or subcontractors on building energy efficient homes, how it can be done cost effectively, and how the home can become marketable to the consumer.

Certification

With a few more on-site inspections which will not delay the construction process, your building project will be certain to receive a certified third-party energy rating verification.

We’ve been providing third party certification services since 2009 and have certified over 1,000 units, with approximately 100 of those being single family homes.

Programs we’ve worked within include ENERGY STAR™, EarthCraft, LEED for Homes, NGBS and Enterprise Green Communities.
