Luis Imery brings a passion for sustainable, custom home designs to every residential project. Whether it’s an in-house construction project, or acting as a consultant for developers and builders, he strives to give everyone the opportunity to own the most durable, healthy and efficient home one can afford. Luis Imery, is a Civil Engineer, with an MBA in Real Estate and extensive knowledge in building science.
He is a nationally awarded custom home builders, and has multiple green rating designations. His construction division has built 4 Zero Energy Ready Smart Homes, and has certified over 1,000 dwellings under it’s green rating division. Beyond his academic credentials, he holds designation on the green industry such as LEED for Homes rater, EarthCraft Technical Advisor, ENERGY STAR rater, and many more.
In addition to his involvement with the EarthCraft Program Builder Council, Luis currently serves as a board member of EEBA (Energy and Environmental Building Alliance). EEBA
is an national organization providing insight, collaboration and education to builders and designers seeking to construct resource efficient, durable, healthy homes spans over 30 years.
Locally, Luis is involved with Athens Habitat for Humanity and Athens Land Trust, especially with the Young Urban Builder program.
