Luis Imery brings a passion for sustainable, custom home designs to every residential project. Whether it’s an in-house construction project, or acting as a consultant for developers and builders, he strives to give everyone the opportunity to own the most durable, healthy and efficient home one can afford.  Luis Imery, is a Civil Engineer, with an MBA in Real Estate and extensive knowledge in building science.

He is a nationally awarded custom home builders, and has multiple green rating designations. His construction division has built 4 Zero Energy Ready Smart Homes, and has certified over 1,000 dwellings under it’s green rating division. Beyond his academic credentials, he holds designation on the green industry such as LEED for Homes rater, EarthCraft Technical Advisor, ENERGY STAR rater, and many more.

Jeremy graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Construction Management and spent the first several years of his career focused on commercial and residential construction in Northeast Georgia. Afterwards, he set his sights on a void in the industry and began training within the residential energy efficiency industry. He became a Certified HERS Rater and continued his credentialing by becoming an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, BPI Building Analyst, LEED Green Associate, Level 1 Thermographer and several other industry designations.

For the past 7 years, he worked as a Weatherization Monitor in the Georgia Weatherization Assistance Program and served as a Quality Assurance Designee Delegate for a National HERS Rating Provider.  Through both, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Energy Efficiency Industry that complements his work in the construction industry.

Jeremy is a native Athenian and he is a member of the Athens branch of the USGBC, is a member of the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation and serves as an advisor on Princeton UMC’s green initiative committee.

Veronica has a business degree, and has spent the majority of her professional career working in Real Estate. She is a Certified EarthCraft REALTOR and has focused on assisting buyers, investors, and first time home buyers. She puts that experience to use as she expertly manages the day-to-day activities for our busy office, assisting clients on their home selections, and social media.

Veronica Imery is also a mother of three and attends St. Joseph Catholic Church.
