Luis Imery

Luis Imery brings a passion for sustainable, custom home designs to every residential project. Whether it’s an in-house construction project, or acting as a consultant for developers and builders, he strives to give everyone the opportunity to own the most durable, healthy and efficient home one can afford.  Luis Imery, is a Civil Engineer, with an MBA in Real Estate and extensive knowledge in building science.

He is a nationally awarded custom home builders, and has multiple green rating designations. His construction division has built 4 Zero Energy Ready Smart Homes, and has certified over 1,000 dwellings under it’s green rating division. Beyond his academic credentials, he holds designation on the green industry such as LEED for Homes rater, EarthCraft Technical Advisor, ENERGY STAR rater, and many more

Jeremy Field

Jeremy graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Construction Management and spent the first several years of his career focused on commercial and residential construction in Northeast Georgia. Afterwards, he set his sights on a void in the industry and began training within the residential energy efficiency industry. He became a Certified HERS Rater and continued his credentialing by becoming an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, BPI Building Analyst, LEED Green Associate, Level 1 Thermographer and several other industry designations.

For the past 7 years, he worked as a Weatherization Monitor in the Georgia Weatherization Assistance Program and served as a Quality Assurance Designee Delegate for a National HERS Rating Provider.  Through both, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Energy Efficiency Industry that complements his work in the construction industry.

Jeremy is a native Athenian and he is a member of the Athens branch of the USGBC, is a member of the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation and serves as an advisor on Princeton UMC’s green initiative committee.

Rand Miller

Rand Miller

Rand has been in the custom residential building and renovation industry for over 35 years since graduating from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio with a B.S. degree in Construction Management and a minor in Architectural Design.

When Rand moved to Georgia from Ohio in 1986 having five years of construction under his belt he started a construction company with a college fraternity brother building custom homes east of Atlanta. As well as building homes, Rand spawned another business becoming a Certified Kitchen Designer as he began designing and renovating high-end kitchens and bathrooms in Atlanta for several years.

Since leaving the Atlanta market and having moved to Athens six years ago, Rand has built many custom homes ranging in price from $350,000 to well over $1,000,000. With this extensive involvement in so many beautiful projects, he has acquired a very acute sense and keen eye for the most intricate details which accounts for the many satisfied clients he’s had the pleasure to serve over so many years.

Rand could not be more proud than to join Luis Imery and the Imery Group building … and promoting healthy and sustainable living providing client comfort in the endurable homes they build.

Brad Turner

Brad Turner

Brad Turner strives to be a steward of the earth and its natural resources while inspiring others to do the same. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Psychology, Brad’s career spans various disciplines such as information technology, project management, account management, construction, real estate, and education.

Most recently Brad served as the Director of Education and Technical Assistance at Southface Energy Institute where he gained years of experience in building science and design/construction practices focused on energy efficiency, durability, and health. Brad has managed many U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Programs including Home Performance with ENERGY STAR; ENERGY STAR Verified HVAC Installation; Home Energy Score; the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Training Center; and the Healthy Homes Training Center.

In addition his 9 industry certifications from the Building Performance Institute (BPI), Brad also holds a GA Residential-Basic Contractors license and is a licensed GA Realtor. Brad brings his passion for sustainability to the Imery Group where he constructs high performance homes with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Bourke Reeve

Bourke Reeve

Bourke Reeve joined the Imery Group team in 2018. He manages residential construction projects to provide comfortable, durable and sustainable residences for home owners. This role builds on Bourke’s 10 years of experience with Southface and the EarthCraft program.

Over the past decade Bourke has trained thousands of code officials, builders, trade contractors and designers on green building, building science and energy codes. With a background in historic preservation and building science Bourke developed EarthCraft Sustainable Preservation, the nations first green building program specifically designed to meet the needs of historic structures.

Prior to joining Imery Group Bourke worked for Southface, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Georgia Main Street Program. He received a Master’s of Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University in 2004.

John R. Viney

John R. Viney

John R. Viney has a BS degree in Business Administration. Born in Dallas but a successful entrepreneur in the meat and farming industry in Venezuela, John recently decided to shift careers and settle in Athens, GA due to Venezuela’s political turmoil.

John joins the Imery Group with high expectation of hitting the ground running, and learning as much as possible about green building practices. He currently holds a position as estimator, and recently completed and passed his Energy Code and DET training. On his short 3 month he has shown character, and willingness to get the job done right, the first time.

Tom is a number guy, over 40 years of accounting and financial experience in the construction industry.
In his early years working as controller of large developments in Florida to CFO of master planned communities.
José Bujanda
José BujandaEstimator

José Bujanda

José holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Construction Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction of civil works and project management.

In the last 8 years, he has worked in estimation, management, and budget control. Jose joins the Imery Group to provide his experience and level of detail in cost estimation, and search for alternatives and solutions – to put it at the service of our customers, which then translates into reliability.

Veronica Imery

Veronica has a business degree, and has spent the majority of her professional career working in Real Estate. She is a Certified EarthCraft REALTOR and has focused on assisting buyers, investors, and first time home buyers. She puts that experience to use as she expertly manages the day-to-day activities for our busy office, assisting clients on their home selections, and social media.

Veronica Imery is also a mother of three and attends St. Joseph Catholic Church.
