Hog Mountain Developers Select Project Manager

Dacula, GA – Luis Imery of the Imery Group (www.imerygroup.com) has been selected to serve as Project Manager for the Village of Hog Mountain, a traditional neighborhood development (TND) planned near Dacula, GA in the area historically known as Hog Mountain. BJM Properties is the land owner and developer.
Imery will lead the infrastructure development for the master-planned community’s first phase, anticipated to break ground later this year. His firm is also expected to serve as a custom home builder for the neighborhood’s estate lots once initial infrastructure is in place.

Imery is a renowned expert in the sustainable building field. He is a nationally awarded custom homebuilder, and has certified over 1,500 dwellings for green building standards. He has an MBA from the Terry College of Business at UGA, is trained as a civil engineer, and holds many green rating designations such as HERS, BA with BPI, EarthCraft, LEED and Passive House.
In addition, Imery performs consulting including market research, feasibility studies, and land acquisition.
“As we work to build a team that understands the unique TND community we desire to build, it became clear to us that Luis needed to be an integral part of our project,” said BJM partner Greg Beadles. “We are excited to have him lead this next phase of implementing the vision.”
