High Performance Bungalow- Roswell, GA

Finally, after months of rain delay we broke ground on our next Net Zero Home in Roswell, GA.

This home was initially plan for achieving DOE’s Zero Energy Ready status but the home owner has recently committed in installing renewable energy bringing down the HERS Index from 38 to a projected O. Wow!!
