This Custom Net Zero EarthCraft Energy Star House had a great air leakage test result, very low infiltration rate. Less than 0.95 ACH50, while code allows to be no greater than 7 ACH50 ( smaller the number the tighter the home). We conducted this test at pre-drywall to enable us to find any air leakage and correct to reduce thermal heat loss on the home.
