Traditionally, after the sheathing of a house is installed a plastic house wrap is applied to the outside to prevent air and water intrusions. At the Imery Group we have chosen to use Zip Sheathing, a new product that combines house wrap with sheathing.
The seams between each piece of the Zip Sheathing are taped to ensure tightness.
